Most of our deals target 8–15% ROI (cash-on-cash) and/or 20–30% return on capital employed (ROCE) for BRR projects. All projections are provided upfront with a detailed deal pack.
How much do you charge for deal sourcing?
We charge a fixed sourcing fee (typically between £2,000–£5,000) depending on the deal type, location, and complexity. No fees are due until you reserve a deal.
Do you offer exclusive deals?
Yes. Many of our opportunities are off-market or direct-to-vendor and only shared with our pre-vetted investor network.
Can you help after the deal is done?
Absolutely. We can assist with lettings, guaranteed rent, furnishing, social housing placements, or ongoing management — depending on your exit strategy.
